This License Agreement applies to the products 'SimplyVBA Global Error Handler' and 'SimplyVB6 Global Error Handler'. 

By downloading and installing this software you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Where a Developer Edition is made available, this edition of the software is licensed for DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
It cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Furthermore, it cannot be redistributed without permission.

If you plan to include SimplyVBA Global Error Handler or SimplyVB6 Global Error Handler with a commercial product, you must first purchase a distributable edition which you can then use for any and all of your products.

The cost of the distributable version is dependant on the number of end users that will be using your software. The licence permits you to distribute the main DLL to your limited number of end-users in any form (e.g. packaged installation or otherwise) without any further charge.

Note that the definition of commercial software also includes internal software applications (whether or not they are available to the public does not make a difference).

We regret that the Distributable editions of the product CANNOT be used in open source projects.

The distributable edition DLL can only be re-distributed by you, the purchaser (or any company employee represented by the purchaser).  The DLL can only be distributed to customers USING YOUR SOFTWARE and that is for use WITH YOUR SOFTWARE ONLY.  The end-users of your products that inherit the distributable DLL from you DO NOT inherit development usage rights nor do they inherit the right to re-distribute the DLL themselves.   This should be made clear in the end-user licence agreements for your products.

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and iTech Masters regarding the use of the software accompanying this agreement.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the software.

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software together with all copies thereof.

This software and its source code are proprietary products of iTech Masters and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the software other than those specified in this License.

In no event shall the author be held liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages arising from the use of this software (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or other pecuniary loss).

The user assumes the entire risk of using the software.

Our upgrade policy is that all minor updates of our products are available free of charge, but major upgrades are offered at a 50% discount (for a limited period).

Minor updates are those that do not affect the major version number (the number before the decimal point). For example, for the version number 3.20, 3 is the major version number whilst .20 is the minor revision number. A purchase of v3.21 would entitle you to use v3.00 - v3.99, but v4.00 would be offered to you at 50% discount.

If you choose to purchase our optional lifetime product updates guarantee, you will get all future updates (minor and major) completely free of charge.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  If you aren't, then just notify us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your full payment. All that we require from you is that you tell us:

• your registered email address
• that you have uninstalled the software and won't use it again
• why the product didn't meet your needs (so we can improve the product)
