For years I have used my version of the commonly available code for automating Outlook emails from Access. This, however, typically means that the generated email will be saved in the drafts folder and not sent immediately, otherwise the user is greeted with the Outlook security prompt that an application is trying to access their email. Most clients didn't mind having to manually send the email, once it is generated.
