OVERVIEW

This License Agreement applies to the product 'vbWatchdog', provided by iTech Masters, EverythingAccess.com.

By downloading and installing this software, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

TRIAL/DEMO EDITION

This limited edition of vbWatchdog is available freely for testing purposes only.

This edition is restricted by means of a nag screen that is displayed on each use.

To remove the nag screen, a full developers licence must be purchased.

STANDARD/ENTERPRISE EDITION

Purchasing a developers licence of this software entitles you to distribute the vbWatchdog class modules within your applications royalty free.

Your end-users do not gain any rights to develop their own applications using the class modules in any shape or form.  The developer AddIn DLL should not be distributed to your end-users under any circumstances.

This product is licensed on a per-developer basis (maximum 2 separate installs of the developer Addin for each registered developer, not to be used at the same time).

LICENSE

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and iTech Masters regarding the use of the software accompanying this agreement.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the software.

TERM

This License is effective until terminated.  You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software, together with all copies thereof.  This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software together with all copies thereof.

COPYRIGHT / OWNERSHIP

This software and its source code are proprietary products of iTech Masters and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the software other than those specified in this License.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages arising from the use of this software (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or other pecuniary loss).

The user assumes the entire risk of using the software.

SUPPORT AND UPGRADES

Standard Support

All products come with our standard support package included free of charge.

This includes:

• Premium support subscription (see below) for 30 days to help get you started.

• Minor product updates & bug fixes

  Minor product updates are those that do not affect the version number preceeding the decimal point.

• E-mail product support (first 12 months free)

  Support from a technical advisor by e-mail.  Typical response time is 3 business days.

Premium Support Subscription

Premium support subscriptions are billed annually. If you do not purchase a premium subscription at the time of ordering the main product, please contact our sales department to arrange to have this added to your account.

This includes:

• All product updates

  Whilst you're on a premium support subscription, you are entitled to all product updates for the product - including major revisions (such as a v1.x to v2.x update)

• E-mail priority support

  Support from a product developer by e-mail. Typical response time is 1 business day (often same day). If the query requires telephone assistance, then a product developer may give you a call to help expedite the issue.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren't, then just notify us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your full payment. All that we require from you is that you tell us:

• your registered email address
• that you have uninstalled the software and won't use it again
• why the product didn't meet your needs (so we can improve the product)
